  • Elijah Guadalupe, 18, of 696 Prospect St., Plantsville, was arrested on Nov. 16 and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Alexander Paradis, 25, of 9 Zwicks Farm Rd., Plantsville, was arrested on Nov. 16 and charged with three incidents of selling marijuana.
